Fr. Joseph Mundakkatharappel
Fr. Joseph was born on 22nd October 1947, as the son of Mathai and Annamma of Mundakkatharappel family. He completed his schooling from Vayala and Kuravilangad. He started his seminary life in 1965 to become a priest for the diocese of Tespur in Assam. On 15th January 1977, he was ordained as a priest by Bishop Mar Sebastian Vayalil. He served as an assistant vicar in the chapel of Borp; as a vicar in the parishes of Doleybin and Dehiyajuli, for 21 years. From 2003, he has been serving as the vicar and school principal of Rangappara Church.
